Configuring SAML SSO with Azure AD

Follow the steps below to enable single sign-on between meetergo and Azure AD using the SAML protocol. This allows your users to access meetergo using their Azure AD work account credentials.

Create a New App in Azure AD

  1. In the Azure portal, navigate to Azure Active Directory > Enterprise Applications
  2. Click "+ New application" and select "Non-gallery application"
  3. Name the application (e.g. "meetergo")
  4. Configure properties:
    • User assignment required?: Yes
  5. Click Create

Configuring the SAML Connection

Under Manage, open single sign-on settings:

  1. Select SAML as method
  2. Edit basic SAML config:
    • Identifier (Entity ID) - Enter https://my.meetergo.com/saml/metadata
    • Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service) - Select app URL https://my.meetergo.com/sso/saml/callback
  3. Export or download the SAML metadata file and save to import into meetergo SSO settings.
  4. Add Assignments
    • Under Manage, choose User and Groups
    • Add user assignments to control access in meetergo
    • Review and confirm assignments

In meetergo, imported user profiles will align to these assignments.

Testing Sign-On

You can now test signing into meetergo using an Azure AD work account. Sign out of meetergo and try authenticating again with your Azure username/password.

The SAML attributes from Azure AD should pass over to automatically log you into meetergo as that user.

Contact meetergo support for any configuration issues.
